The Old Brick Store is a 170-year-old institution in beautiful Charlotte, Vermont, with a long history of being the town’s general store and community hub. For its next chapter we have carried on in that tradition and modernized the offerings as a cafe and shop with a top-notch coffee program, natural wines, a small seasonal menu of house-made prepared foods, baked goods, and made-to-order breakfast and lunch items.

We also carry a curated selection of quality staples and specialty ingredients, artisan made gifts, design objects, and printed matter, often featuring local makers and purveyors, and all with a focus on things that are good for the planet and people alike.

More than just a store, we built the new Old Brick to be a warm, inclusive, and convivial third place. We aim to foster strong bonds within our community, the beautiful farmland we call home, and thoughtful intention about the things we bring into our lives.

It’s our little slice of paradise in Charlotte.
